The Pulp Disintegrator breaks down pulp, paper or board samples into individual fibres in water suspension at a controlled speed and number of revolutions, producing a uniform slush for subsequent testing (freeness, hand-sheet making, fibre classification). A digital revolution counter with preset auto-stop ensures repeatable sample preparation to the exact standard requirements. The manual/auto mode selector allows flexibility for different test protocols. The stainless steel container and propeller are easy to clean and resist chemical attack from dyes and additives.
