Vibration Tester
Simulates transport vibration on packaged goods
The Vibration Tester simulates the vibration conditions encountered by packages during road, rail and air transport. The specimen (a packed box, carton or container) is placed on the vibrating platform and subjected to controlled vertical vibrations at variable frequency and amplitude for a preset duration. The digital timer and frequency controller allow operators to reproduce standard test profiles or custom vibration regimes. This test reveals weaknesses in packaging design, cushioning, stacking and closure integrity before products reach the field.
