The challenge
Board was being bought on supplier certificates alone, and every customer complaint about collapsed cartons turned into an argument nobody could settle with data.
Our approach
We specified a compact lab around box compression, bursting strength, ECT and Cobb sizing, installed conditioning-aware procedures, and trained two shifts of operators on sampling and reporting.
The outcome
Incoming board is now graded on arrival and stacking claims are settled with test records instead of estimates.
